Abstract: In this issue of Blood, Eskelund et al characterize clonal hematopoiesis in serial samples from persons with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) undergoing frontline treatment, providing evidence that treatment plays an important role in the development of clonal hematopoiesis.(1)
