Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, career development, work environment and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The study was conducted at PT Jakarta Tourisindo. Study sample 86 people. The sampling technique uses random sampling and data analysis techniques to use path analysis.
The results showed that compensation, career development, work environment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment
