Abstract: This is a poster describing the spatial transcriptomics work done using 10x Genomics Visium platform on dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) data from three human donors each with two pairs of spatial replicates for a total of twelve samples. This poster will be presented at the Bioconductor 2020 conference by Leonardo Collado Torres. A related talk will be presented by Lukas M Weber also during this same conference.
