Abstract: The authors report a case of depersonalization as a residual feature of schizophrenia; which did not improve with the usual methods of treatment.Patient's sphenoidal EEG recording showed posteriorly dominant symmetrical generalised slow wave and spike discharges, the significance of which has been discussed.
