Abstract: Background: Despite a remarkable progress in the treatment strategy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC, the prognosis remains strikingly poor. Recently, we have reported that silencing of (pro)renin receptor ((P)RR) significantly blunted the Wnt/β-catenin-dependent tumorigenesis of PDAC.
