Abstract: The industrial technical secondary education sector is one of the most important educational sectors that contribute to the progress of societies, Consequently, it needs constant and continuous development by keeping pace with technological developments and relying on technological innovations in the management process, The current study aimed at identifying obstacles to the use of technological innovations in developing the management of industrial technical secondary schools in Egypt, The study relied on the descriptive approach using the questionnaire tool to collect data from a sample of (590) singles represented by the directors, agents and teachers of industrial technical secondary schools in the governorates of (Fayoum, Minya, Alexandria), The study also reached a set of proposed mechanisms, the most important of which is training workers on the importance of technological innovations, And provide continuous maintenance of the technological means present in the school, To activate the use of technological innovations to develop the management of industrial technical secondary schools in Egypt.
