Abstract: Angewandte Chemie has the responsibility to foster an inclusive environment in chemistry for all. We see the world around us changing, and we are changing with it. We have begun shaping a new version of our journal, with diversity, equity, and inclusion, transparency, and a continued commitment to scientific excellence as the guiding principles.
