Abstract: لقد أثارت عملة البيتکوين في العصر الحديث ضجة کبيرة في الأوساط الفقهية والقانونية؛ باعتبارها نازلة من نوازل العصر، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي بحث هذه النازلة من منظورها الفقهي بطريقة علمية متخصصة، وتکونت هذه الدراسة من مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، أما المقدمة: فقد اشتملت علي أهمية الدراسة، ومنهج البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، المبحث الأول: وقد اشتمل على تعريف البيتکوين، ونشأتها، وخصائصها، ومميزاتها، وعيوبها، وکيفية الحصول عليها، المبحث الثاني: واشتمل علي تعريف العُمْلة، وبيان وظائفها، وحکم التعامل بعملة البيتکوين، وأما الخاتمة: فقد اشتملت علي أهم نتائج البحث. As a new juristic issue in our modern age, the Bitcoin currency has caused a great uproar in the fields of law and jurisprudence. The present research aims to study this issue from an Islamic juristic perspective in a scientific way. The research paper consists of an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction includes a statement on the significance of the study, the research method, a review of literature, and the research plan. The first section contains a definition of the Bitcoin. It also deals with its origin, characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and how to get the Bitcoin. The second section includes a definition of currency, indicating its functions and the ruling of dealing with Bitcoin. As for the conclusion, it has the findings of the research.
