Abstract: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an aggressive myeloid neoplasm representing the most common type of acute leukemia in adults 1 , 2 . AML is classified into multiple genetic subtypes based on recurrent structural variations (SVs), copy number variations (CNVs), aneuploidies, and single nucleotide variants (SNVs). These genetic subtypes inform prognosis and influence clinical management 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 .
