Abstract: Most of the legislations dealt with the issue of the child as having an independent legal status on its own, which made the texts of childhood laws deal with him with some flexibility at the level of procedures and thus narrowed the authority of the devices that deal with such cases, and the reason for this restriction is the failure of the person dealing with him and his immaturity The penalties taken against him were also reduced, not equal to those of adults.
