Abstract: This study aims to investigate civil liability for the damages resulted from the peaceful use of nuclear energy in the United Arab Emirates' laws and regulations.The study findings showed that the civil liability for the damages resulted from the nuclear energy is a breach of the obligations imposed by law which represents injury act arises from the nuclear activity of the nuclear plant operator and which causes damages for individuals and properties that requires compensation?
