Abstract: This study aims to determine the development strategies for Mangolo tourism (Kea-Kea) in order to improve the Original Local Government Revenue in Kolaka.This research was conducted in Tourism Department in Kolaka. The applied research method was descriptive qualitative supported by the information summarized in tables and the collected information for interviews, direct observations and documentations. The purposive sampling was used to find out the needed data. The analysis technique was analysis interactive model based on data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion formulation.The results show that the used development strategies to be implemented in Mangolo tourism are the area arrangement, the area renovation and the public facilities improvement.Keywords : Development, Revenue, Strategies, Tourism
