Abstract: This research aims to know the influences of supervisory work discipline against civil servants in the provincial secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi. The population of this research is the entire civil servant in the provincial secretariat Indonesia amounted to 210 people. The sample in this research were 53 respondents. Method of collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used was simple linear regression with the help of SPSS for windows 24. The results of this research show that the positive effect of supervision and not significantly to discipline civil servants working at the Secretariat of the local parliament of the province of South East SulawesiKeywords : Innovation, Service, Public, Strategic
