Abstract: The present article aims at promoting the research aptitude amongst the young scholars in various geographical locations majorly in Southeast Asia. It is high time we work out for supporting the local ideas of scholarship for understanding our Past. Notwithstanding the towering research of the Western scholars which would be all the time useful. However, for long term gain, the regional academic skill development is but essential. The various theories of our origin, growth and development must be looked from the indigenous point of view
