Abstract: In article number 2100629, Liping Jiang, Jun-Jie Zhu, Zhen Gu and co-workers develop a lipid-droplet-based drug delivery system for cancer photodynamic therapy. The lipid droplet, which is derived from adipocytes, is leveraged to potentiate the anticancer efficacy of the lipid-conjugated drug.
