Abstract: Статья посвящена оценке понятия «цифровые права», как объекта гражданских прав. Представлено видение о существующих проблемах в связи с неоднозначным толкованием понятия нового объекта гражданских прав, субъектов правоотношений, в том числе возможных способов защиты интересов правообладателей. The article is devoted to the evaluation of the concept of "digital rights" as an object of civil rights. It also presents a vision of the existing problems in connection with the ambiguous interpretation of the concept of a new object of civil rights, subjects of legal relations, including possible ways to protect the interests of copyright holders.
