Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) own recombinant T-cell receptor ligand technology, an immunotherapy under investigation for the treatment of substance use disorders and other inflammatory conditions. The VA, OHSU, and Dr. Loftis have rights to royalties from the licensing agreement with Artielle Immunotherapeutics. This potential conflict of interest has been reviewed and is managed by the Conflict of Interest Committees at the VA Portland Health Care System and OHSU. Dr. Sandau reports no conflict of interest.
