Abstract: Collaboration Assessment is a management tool for companies wishing to survive in a competitive environment and it allows partners to identify local and global improvement strategies towards future supply chain developments. This article presents a model for evaluating collaboration in a supply chain. Based on an analysis of the literature, the model combines three aspects (the levels of performance evaluation, the levels of collaboration, the dimensions of integrated supply chain management).
