Abstract: Regulating Cardiomyocyte Differentiation In article number 2100849, Wuming Wang, Gang Lu, Wai-Yee Chan, and co-workers demonstrate the role of Pten in regulating cardiomyocyte differentiation by modulating non-CG DNA methylation via Dnmt3. The cover shows the gene transcription process which resembles the train running on the railway and implies that the regulation mechanism of many biological processes remains unknown like the outer space. The study reveals that cardiac genes are regulated by non-CG DNA methylation during cardiomyocyte differentiation.
