Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف التنمية المهنية لمعلم العلوم والتکنولوجيا STEM في فنلندا لتحقيق الإفادة منها فى مصر,واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج المقارن,وعلية تناول البحث الإطار النظرى للتنمية المهنية لمعلم العلوم والتکنولوجيا STEM ثم عرض خبرة فنلندا حول التنمية المهنية لمعلم العلوم والتکنولوجيا STEM ثم تناول واقع التنمية المهنية لمعلم العلوم والتکنولوجيا STEM فى مصر بعدها تحليل أوجة التشابة والاختلاف بين مصر وفنلندا حول التنمية المهنية لمعلم العلوم والتکنولوجيا STEM ,وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدة توصيات ومقترحات حول التنمية المهنية لمعلم العلوم والتکنولوجيا STEM فى مصر على ضوء خبرة فنلندا.This research aims to know the professional development of the STEM teacher in Finland to achieve benefit from it in Egypt, and the researcher used the comparative approach, and the study discussed the theoretical framework for the professional development of the STEM teacher and then presented Finland's experience on the professional development of the STEM teacher and then dealt with the reality of development Professional for STEM Teacher in Egypt, then analyzing the similarities and differences between Egypt and Finland on the professional development of STEM teacher, and the researcher reached several recommendations and proposals on professional development for STEM teacher in Egypt in the light of Finland's experience.
