Year: 2021
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: A 79-year-old man with urothelial carcinoma was being evaluated for a 1-week history of erythematous, indurated, arcuate plaques studded with pustules (Figs 1 and 2). Nine weeks earlier, he started a series of three pembrolizumab infusions; no other medications had been newly introduced. The patient also denied any personal or family history of psoriasis. The eruption involved more than 75% body surface area including the trunk, extremities, and intertriginous regions. Importantly, palms, soles, mucosa, and nail units were spared.
