Abstract: Climate change and environmental decline are of increasing concern to clinicians as well as hospital leadership. Here we provide the organization, structure, specific goals, and metrics for a newly created Center for the Environment and Health at one academic medical center, which was created to address these complex and intersecting threats to human health.
