Abstract: مستخلص البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم روبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية ببيئة المحفزات الرقمية؛ وقياس أثرها في تنمية مهارات إنتاج الإنفوجرافيک التفاعلي لدى طلاب تکنولوجيا التعليم، وکانت عينة البحث عبارة عن مجموعة تجريبية واحدة تکونت من (48) طالباً وطالبةً من الفرقة الثانية بقسم تکنولوجيا التعليم کلية التربية النوعية جامعة الفيوم، مع التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث. تمثلت أدوات القياس في إعداد اختبار تحصيلي للجانب المعرفي، وبطاقات تقدير مستويات الأداء التدريجية لمهارات انتاج الإنفوجرافيک التفاعلي، أشارت النتائج الى تحسن مهارات انتاج الإنفوجرافيک التفاعلي للطلاب في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار تحصيل الجانب المعرفي وبطاقة تقدير مستويات الأداء التدريجية. الکلمات المفتاحية:روبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية، بيئة المحفزات الرقمية، الإنفوجرافيک التفاعلي. Abstract: This research aims to design chatbots in a digital gamification environment, and measure its impact on developing educational technology Students’ skills of producing interactive infographics. The research sample consisted of one experimental group consisting of (48) male and female students from the second year of the Department of Education Technology, Faculty of Specific Education, Fayoum University, with the pre and post application of the research tools. Measurement tools are consisted of preparing an achievement test for the cognitive aspect, rubric cards of producing interactive infographics. The results indicated an improvement in the students' interactive infographic production skills in the post-application of the cognitive achievement test and rubric cards. keywords:Chatbot, Gamification, Interactive Infographics.
