Abstract: A placebo-controlled randomized-trial marked by limited enrollment and early trial termination shows that inhaled cyclosporine, when added to systemic immune suppression for lung transplant recipients, was safe and improved early-in-trial clinical parameters of bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome.
