Year: 2021
Type: preprint
Abstract: In this study, we measured the effect of psychoeducation on mental health. This was done by comparing self-reported levels of anxiety, stress, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed in college students taking a course on the science of cognitive-behavioral principles for managing symptoms of mental illness vs. college students who received no psychoeducation.
