Abstract: Hu et al. (2021. J. Cell Biol.https://doi.org/10.1083/jcb.202009082) show that Glypican 4 participates in filopodia-mediated Wnt transport from endoderm to mesoderm in zebrafish embryos to facilitate intercellular communication between germ layers.
