Abstract: ملخص البحث هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التحقق من مدى فاعلية برنامج للتدخل المهني في إطار نموذج الترکيز علي المهام في خدمة الفرد في تمکين المرأة العاملة من المشارکة في الحياة العامة ، والدراسة من النوع التجريبي وذلک عن طريق التجربة القبلية البعدية بإستخدام مجموعة تجريبية واحدة تشمل (15) مفردة ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناک تأثير إيجابي لبرنامج التدخل المهني في إطار نموذج الترکيز علي المهام في خدمة الفرد في تمکين المرأة العاملة من المشارکة في الحياة العامة. الکلمات المفتاحية : (نموذج الترکيز علي المهام - التمکين - المرأة العاملة) Abstract (Practicing task- centered model in case work to Empowement working women to participate in public life) The study aimed to try to verify the effectiveness of a Practicing task- centered model in case work to Empowement working women to participate in public life, and The study is of the experimental type, through the tribal and posterior experiment, using one experimental group that includes (15) individuals, The results of the study indicated that there is a positive impact of the professional intervention program within the case work of task- centered model to Empowement working women to participate in public life.
