Abstract: I intended, through this work, to establish a dialogue among teachers through the divulging of a differentiated scholastic experience.I tried to approach the use of narrative language as an agent of transformation for a pedagogical practice.Within this context, I hoped to demonstrate in which measure the insertion of debates and the practice of hearing a reading, as inciters to new readings and writings, instigate children and adults in search for knowledge. To allow this happening, I departed from founding narratives -the myths of creationunderstanding these as focuses of investigation, study and search. This practice was revealed transforming in the relation education/learning that takes places at school, allowing the beginning of the formation of apprentices in reading and writing, amplifying these categories: sharper readers/writers to carry out the readings/writings of the world.I used, as a methodological strategy, the report of the experiences of the work projects, focusing on the narrative language and the reading practice, understanding that this procedure approximates the formal content -of competence of the educational institution -to the focuses of interest that lead to investigation.
