Abstract: Background:Congenital heart disease (CHD) is often diagnosed prenatally using fetal echocardiography, but few studies have evaluated the accuracy of these fetal cardiac diagnoses in detail. We investigated the discrepancy between pre- and postnatal diagnoses of CHD and the impact of discrepant diagnoses.
