Abstract: Objectives: Young people seeking abortion in the US South face unique intersecting structural barriers to abortion access. Abortion funds play a pivotal role in mitigating these barriers. We evaluated the sociodemographic and service use characteristics for cases managed by a regional abortion fund in the US Southeast for callers ages 21 and under.
