Abstract: Peptide Navigators In article number 2110368, Chang-Soo Kim, Hak-Joon Sung, and co-workers introduce a peptide navigator for vascular nanotheranostics. The display of disturbed flow-sensing peptides on nanoparticles enables accurate prediction of pre-stenotic vessels with subsequent prevention of vascular remodeling through multi-organ targeting. The results from in vitro and in vivo models validate an unprecedented nanotheranostic function for future medicine.
