Abstract: In the original article, there was a mistake in FIGURE 3 -Chemical structures of the main FASN inhibitors tested in preclinical and clinical studies as published. Specifically the structure of Orlistat was incorrect. The corrected FIGURE 3 -Chemical structures of the main FASN inhibitors tested in preclinical and clinical studies appears below. The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.
