Abstract: Virtual poster abstracts mosaicism detected at PGT (38[3]) was not associated with CRL z-scores, NT, free β-hCG or PAPP-A MoMs at linear regression analyses (all p>0.1).Conclusions: From our preliminary results in pregnancies derived from TBMA, measurements of CRL, NT, free β-hCG and PAPP-A were reassuring.Despite karyotyping is generally recommended in these high-risk pregnancies, knowledge arising from this study present relevant clinical implications concerning fetal development and placenta function.VP29.
