Type: article
Abstract: Is scanned over the total, subtotal and fragments of public space vials in the present territory of the Commune of Independence, to discover what signals they emit today for purposes of future projection. It is observed in Brunner's plan (1934/1939) for the Municipality of Santiago, his vision of metropolitan Santiago, and balancing the highest-ranking proposals, with the Santiago Plan 1960-94 Intercommunal MOP, and with the Santiago Metropolitan Plan 1994-24 MINVU.
