Abstract: This chapter reviews publications in the field of ecocriticism published in 2015. The material under consideration deals with climate change fiction, contemporary poetry and literary fiction, narratology, gender studies, and the role of the humanities within current global climate change debates. The chapter is divided into three sections: 1. Introduction; 2. The Anthropocene; 3. Econarratology, Postcolonial Ecocriticism and Animal Studies. The review covers single-author and edited volumes. Each of the themed sections refers to previous publications in ecocriticism in order to situate the most recent work within the field, and to track any continuities, influences or points of productive contestation.
