Abstract: This study aimed to identify the university students' attitudes towards the application of the marriage license system in Saudi society.Also, it aimed to identify the relationship between the demographic factors such as (age, level of study, academic specialization, monthly income, sex, housing ownership, housing type, Parents' Educational Level) and the attitudes of Saudi Youths towards Marriage System License, and the attitudes towards the offered programs to obtain a marriage license.Also aimed to identify their attitudes towards the programs duration to obtain a marriage license.Moreover, it aimed to identify the obstacles affecting obtaining a marriage license.A social survey method, and a questionnaire was used in the study.A sample of (380) undergraduate male and female students at King Saud University.Findings showed that the attitudes of the university students towards applying the marriage license were positive.Also showed that the most important content of the offered programs for obtaining the marriage license is "interest in the religious aspect" and "interest in the financial aspect and how to prepare a budget for the family".The results revealed that the duration of the training period for obtaining the marriage license varied between two days to one month.Findings revealed that most of the participants are concerned with the complexity of the procedures to obtain the license after completing the programs.
