Abstract: The numbering of the serine residues reflects the positions within the FLAG-tagged construct. The correct positions within the endogenous protein are Ser261 and Ser288. The units for the cAMP activity shown in Fig. 2A should be pmol/mg protein and not pmol/μg protein.
