Abstract: According to Beckman Coulter, this new high-throughput solution for fragment library preparation on Illumina next-generation sequencers allows users to process libraries with greater speed and sample reproducibility and decreases processing costs. SPRIworks HT uses built-in solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI)–based per-well size selection.
