Early Post-Transplant Minimal Residual Disease Assessment Improves Risk Stratification in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Patients
Year: 2017
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: Background: In acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients (pts) undergoing stem cell transplant (SCT), the utility of post-SCT minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment is unclear. Our aim was to improve outcome prediction using post-SCT MRD by multiparametric flow cytometry (MFC) in addition to disease and transplant characteristics.
