Abstract: The transcriptomes of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells of human juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia patients and a zebrafish model for Noonan syndrome reveal a common inflammatory response, which may have a causal role in associated myeloproliferative neoplasm.
