Intracellular calcium dynamics of lymphatic endothelial and muscle cells co-cultured in a Lymphangion-Chip under pulsatile flow
Year: 2022
Type: article
Abstract: A Lymphangion-Chip consisting an endothelial lumen co-cultured with muscle cells was exposed to step or pulsatile flow. The real-time analyses of intracellular calcium dynamics reveal the coupling of signaling between these cells under complex flows.
