Abstract: Актуальность статьи обоснована тем, что одним из важнейших аспектов развития стартапов является их финансирование. Изучение мирового опыта и систематизация видов и форм финансирования позволяют разработать единую концепцию, поддерживающую стартапы на всех этапах функционирования и создающую эффективную предпринимательскую экосистему. Цель. В работе поставлена цель выявить специфику финансирования стартапов в инновационном пространстве России на основе обобщения мирного опыта использования различных форм финансирования стартапов изучить и обобщить формы и виды их финансирования, а также определить специфику ситуации финансирования стартапов в инновационной сфере на данном этапе. Результаты. Авторы приходят к выводу, что одной из основных особенностей российской экономики является недостаточное использование некоторых форм финансирования инновационных стартапов. Выявлены перспективные направления финансирования инновационных стартапов на современном этапе развития российской экономики. Показана необходимость использования государственных ресурсов для поддержки стартапов на этапе их открытия с целью улучшения качественного и количественного состава малых предприятий. Практические последствия. Предложены направления развития финансирования инноваций в российской практике, в том числе на основе потенциала фондового рынка. The relevance of the article is justified by the fact that one of the most important aspects of the development of startups is their financing. The study of global experience and systematization of the types and forms of financing allows the development of a unified concept that supports startups at all stages of functioning and creates an effective entrepreneurial ecosystem. The goal of the paper is to identify the specifics of startup financing in the Russian innovation space based on the generalization of the worldwide experience with different forms of startup financing, to study and summarize the forms and types of startup financing and to define the specifics of the startup financing situation in the innovation sphere at the current stage. The authors conclude that one of the main features of the Russian economy is the insufficient use of some forms of financing of innovative start-ups. The perspective directions of innovative start-ups financing at the current stage of development of the Russian economy are identified. The necessity of using state resources to support start-ups at the stage of their opening in order to improve the qualitative and quantitative composition of the small-scale enterprises is shown. The directions of development of innovations financing in Russian practice, including those based on the potential of the stock market, are suggested.
