Abstract: استهدفت الدارسة التعرف على واقع جودة الخدمات المقدمة بمراکز شباب المدن بمحافظة سوهاج ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي, قام الباحث باختيار عينة الدارسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية لعدد (131) من العاملين بمراکز شباب المدن بمحافظة سوهاج ، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن مراکز شباب المدن بمحافظة سوهاج تسعي إلي الترحيب باستفسارات المستفيدين کما تدعم إدارة مرکز الشباب برامج تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة حيث تضع الإدارة نصب عينيها مصلحه المستفيدين. Summary of the research in English The reality of the quality of services provided in urban youth centers in Sohag Governorate The study aimed to identify the reality of the quality of services provided in urban youth centers in Sohag governorate, and the researcher used the descriptive approach. With beneficiaries' inquiries, the youth center management also supports programs to improve the quality of services provided, as the administration puts the interests of the beneficiaries in mind.
