Abstract: This research aims to investigate a Business’s Transportation Management System Technology Adoption in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand.The researchers apply the qualitative research method to explore the disparate experiences of a group of business operators describe how they addressed their business challenges.This research applies purposive sampling, 35 entrepreneurs with a minimum 3-year experience operating the small and medium enterprise in Nakhon Pathom, collect information using in-depth interviews, analyze information by content analysis. According to the Technology adoption life cycle, the researchers cannot assume that business operators who choose to adopt TMS immediately are business operators who choose not to adopt the technology at all falls into the laggards.Most business operators have good technology literacy and resources, but contexts may lead to different technology adoption with different conditions and business conditions.
