Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of professionalism and organizational climate on employee performance.This research was conducted at Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya with a population of 75 non-educational employees with a sample of 50 employees.The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study are 1) Professionalism has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational climate has a significant and positive effect on employee performance.
