Abstract: الملخص تعد الديمقراطية مقياس لتقدم الدول في جميع المستويات السياسية ، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، و يعد النجاح في الجانب السياسي عاملا للناجح في باقي مستويات الدولة و لمناقشة البعد الديمقراطي في الجزائر سنحاول دراسة الجانب النظري والفلسفي للديمقراطية ثم تطبيقات ذلک في الدساتير الجزائرية . And the discussion of the democratic dimension in Algeria requires the study of the theoretical and philosophical side of democracy, then the applications of this theoretical in the Algerian Constitutions
