Abstract: Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) is common in patients with hematologic malignancies. Recent publications provide evidence that CHIP may affect chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy efficacy and that the incidence of treatment-related toxicities such as cytokine release syndrome and immune effector-cell associated neurotoxicity syndrome may be affected.
