Abstract: يتناول البحث أهم المصادرات فى عهد الخليفة المتوکل على الله العباسى (232-247هـ/846-861م)، والتى شملت بعض کبار رجال الدولة في عهده؛ من الوزراء والکتاب، والقادة والقضاة، والأطباء، من خلال تعريف المصادرة لغةً واصطلاحاً، ونُبذة عن الخليفة المتوکل، والدوافع الأساسية للمصادرات في عهده، وتم تقسيمها تبعاً لأسبابها، مثل عداء بعضهم للمتوکل قبل خلافته، أو لأسباب سياسية، أو اقتصادية، وکذلک لأسباب فکرية أو أخلاقية، وأيضاً لاستيلاء بعضهم على أموال الدولة دون وجه حق . The research deals with the most important confiscations during the era of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Mutawakkil Ali Allah (232-247 AH/846-861 AD), which included some senior statesmen during his reign; From ministers, writers, leaders, judges, and doctors, by defining confiscation linguistically and idiomatically, and a brief about the Caliph al-Mutawakkil, and the main motives for the confiscations during his reign, and they were divided according to their causes, such as the hostility of some of them to al-Mutawakkil before his caliphate, or for political, or economic reasons, as well as for ideological reasons or Ethical, and also for some of them to seize state funds illegally.
