Abstract: “Caminhos entre o gesto e o sonoro” is a screendance produced in 2020 among students of the Dance and Music course at the Instituto de Artes at the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (IARTE-UFU), using resources from the Festival EntreArtes Digital (2020). The work was built from a hybrid perspective, in which the sound and gestural materials were explored by both artists and had the same degree of importance. Due to the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the work was done remotely, without the artists having any face-to-face contact. This article seeks to discuss the issues related to artistic production ‘between art’ and collective creation in the remote (online) format, through the account of the creation process of the work.
