Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Sakura Java Indonesia

Abstract: This study discusses about work discipline, work motivation and work environment towards employee performance. Refers to the phenomenon that occurs in PT. Sakura Java Indonesia related to the decline in performance can be seen from the number of employees who come the longest, do not attend without permission, lack of motivation given by leaders and a less conducive work environment. This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of PT. Sakura Java Indonesia (2) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Sakura Java Indonesia (3) The Effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Sakura Java Indonesia.The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression methods, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the value of t count > t table (2.814 > 1.989) with a significant level of 0.006 < 0.05.Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the value of t count > t table (3.320 > 1.989) with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the value of t count > t table (6.887 > 1.989) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.637 this shows that 63,7% of the Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Work Environment Variables are influenced by the Employee Performance Variables, the remaining 37,3% are influenced by other variables not examined.
